Trèsind has three Michelin stars in Dubai. It's bringing that energy to Mayfair. The tasting menu is built around spectacle: a tableside Chaat Trolley with liquid nitrogen, and a dish called Khichdi of India that draws on 20 ingredients from different regions. This is Indian cooking treated as theatre. Hanover Street is the stage.
