Sholay, the 1975 Indian western often called the country's greatest film, gets its world concert premiere here in a restored 4K cut that reinstates the ending censors cut on release. The Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra plays R.D. Burman's score live under the screen, better by far than watching it alone, phone in hand, at home.
