Our Eyes Looking for God

A new opera at the Barbican's intimate Pit theatre that channels state violence, joy and love into five charged nights of Black British experience. Based on TD Moyo's play Caspers, composer Renell Shaw's score is built around collective ritual, asking hard questions about rights in a room that refuses to stop before the lights go out.
